Downside Resilience is a term used to describe a security, sector or market that is able to grow during potential periods when an economy has either stopped growing or is shrinking.

The EV/EBITDA multiple is a financial valuation ratio that measures a company’s return on investment (ROI). Using EBITDA normalizes for differences in capital structure, taxation, and fixed asset accounting. The enterprise value (EV) also normalizes for differences in a company’s capital structure.

A multiple measures some aspect of a company’s financial well-being, determined by dividing one metric by another metric.

MSCI World Infrastructure Index captures the global opportunity set of companies that are owners or operators of infrastructure assets. Constituents are selected from the equity universe of MSCI World, the parent index.
